The title of the blog owes itself to a certain Roger Clemens, who in recent weeks has continued to spout laughable lies about how he did not use steroids during his illustrious and notorious Major League Baseball career. The truth hurts Roger and so he chooses to believe the nice lie by which he has decided to live his life.
